Welcome to WeHelpBrevard.org. We provide senior referral services and have developed an elder-friendly business certification program.
♥ We are a not-for-profit agency. Our goal is to assist seniors and their families in finding trustworthy and ethical solutions for the challenges they face every day.
♥ We Help Brevard is not a crisis hot-line. Crisis calls will be referred to 211, the Crisis Intervention Team.
♥ As a resource for the senior community, our focus is to address health care issues and social service needs facing elders in Brevard County.
♥ We also provide referrals to pre-qualified businesses, from air-conditioning repairs to veterinary services and all businesses in between, thereby simplifying this often difficult choice for seniors.

How are we going to do all of this?
By developing a network of service providers who are carefully screened to meet the needs of you and your loved ones, including:
Health care and social services

♥ Independent living facilities
♥ Hospice services
♥ Care managers
♥ Home Health Agencies
♥ Medicare, private and companion/sitter services
Elder Friendly Businesses
♥ Professional services (attorneys, financial planners, insurance agents, veterinarians, etc.)
♥ Trade services (plumbers, home repair, handyman, etc.)

We make sure that we give you direct referrals:
♥ All calls are connected directly. We will not send you to voicemail or an answering machine.
♥ We care about your needs and make sure to do prompt follow-up with your concerns:
♥ Health and social service calls are followed up within 24 hours
♥ General business service calls are followed up within 5 to 7 business days
